Shipping policy

Shipping within South Africa

JimSA delivers nationwide using a number of trusted courier companies. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor.
Some suppliers work on a made-to-order basis, so certain products have a lead time. Where this applies, we show it on the product page (see "Lead Time").

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and stock availability.
Most deliveries to main centres arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Product availability is shown on each product page, just above the "Add to cart" button.
If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know by email within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

By default, we dispatch your order once all items are ready, including any items with a lead time.
If you would like the ready items sent first, we can ship your order in separate parts on request, for a partial fulfilment surcharge.

All parcels must be signed for on delivery. Please use an address where someone will be available to sign during working hours.
If you give us your cellphone number and/or email address when ordering, we'll keep you updated with delivery tracking.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, the courier is responsible for delivering it, and we cannot control their delivery times.
If the courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, or cannot reach you on the phone number provided, the parcel may be returned to us after several failed attempts. The cost of re-sending it will be for your account.

FREE SHIPPING on Front Runner roof rack kits delivered within a 50 km radius of main centres in South Africa. This applies to the Front Runner Slimline II roof racks and rack kits marked "Free shipping" on the product page; it does not apply to roof rack accessories or load bar kits.
Selected Des Sol items ship free – these are marked "Free shipping on this item" on the product page. Any other items in the same order are charged at the normal shipping rate.
